During that time period, if a bike rider (or skate boarder) were to show up, then it will revert back to the schedule. NO BIKES OR SKATEBOARDS WILL BE ALLOWED BEYOND THE GATE IF IT IS NOT THAT SPECIFIC RIDING TIME. YOU MAY WATCH IF YOU CHECK YOUR BOARD OR BIKE IN WITH THE SKATE PARK ATTENDANT UNTIL IT IS THAT TIME FRAME.
3. Know your abilities and use the park at your own risk.
4. Do not skate or bike against the traffic. Do not proceed down ramps or pipes until clear.
5. Safety equipment, such as helmets, gloves, knee & elbow pads, wrist supports and proper shoes are highly recommended. Helmets are required.

7. Use trash cans for litter.
8. The City of DeLand reserves the right to revoke use of the facility for individuals who are rowdy, use abusive language or do not obey the park rules.
9. Anytime the City Parks & Recreation Department sponsors a clinic or camp, the park will be closed to individuals not enrolled in the clinic or camp.
10. Skate park attendants are not responsible for items left unattended.
11. During the colder months, the park will close anytime the temperature drops below 46 degrees due to safety reasons.
12. The skate park has the right to close if there is no one in attendance in order to save on costs.
