Miller/Fish Building
The Miller/Fish Building has had many new lives. Most recently the Miller/Fish Building was home to the restaurant Blue Martini
In 2009 the second floor of the Miller/Fish Building took on a whole new life and begun a new era for this historic building. The Miller/Fish building is now home to The Florida Museum of Women Artists, a 7,000 square foot space including three galleries, a gift shop, coffee lounge, meeting / lecture space, curatorial area and executive office spaces. There are several museums within two miles of FMWA. The market for FMWA will be in part the same market as these two museums but focuses on a specific niche of study. Focusing on art by women will draw from around the state and beyond. This “specialty” will enhance experiences in downtown and provide for a longer stay in the community.
