On May 12, 2009 the City of DeLand implemented an automated inspection line. This automated telephone system allows 24-hour access to schedule inspections, cancel inspections, obtain inspection results, and pay inspection fees.
When first using the system, please listen carefully to the entire message at each step. There will be prompts that will guide you through each step of the process.
When calling in an inspection you will need your permit number and inspection codes.
It is important that you listen to the entire message, do not hang up until the system issues you a confirmation number.
