CONSENT AGENDA:
1. Approval of Minutes, February 1, 2010 Regular Meeting.
2. Authorization to Expend Confiscated Trust Funds to Purchase Portable Radio Batteries and Chargers for Vehicles; and Resolution Amending the Budget, FY 09/10.
Approval of the Resolution allowing the use of Federal Equitable Sharing Trust Fund’s Money to be used for the purchase of forty (40) D/C portable radio battery chargers and forty (40) radio batteries.
3. Consideration re Task Order No. 3 Analytica Services
Authorization of Task Order No. 3, Assistance in providing stormwater analysis and concept plans for FDOT cost participation negotiations to Analytica for a lump sum fee of $14,000.

Approval of the Ordinance Amending Chapter 23 regarding the Firefighters’ Retirement Plan Subrogation Rights on first reading.
3. Resolution Establishing Similarity of Use for a School of Dental Assisting in the C-1 Zoning District (446 West New York Avenue).
The applicant, Elesia and Robert Hester, Hester School of Dental Assisting, requests a similarity of use determination to establish a dental assisting school in the Limited Commercial Neighborhood District (C-1).
